You need a "GCSS" Account to use certain of our Services. By registering for an Account, you agree to become a member, and the App will provide Services to members; all fees shall be deemed as service fees.
You may create your own "GCSS" Account, or an administrator (e.g., your employer) may assign an Account to you. If you use a "GCSS" Account assigned by an administrator, your administrator may have access to or disable your Account.
If you discover that your password or Account has been compromised, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, such company agrees to these Terms. The company shall indemnify and hold harmless GCSS, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, lawsuits, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services or breach of these Terms (including any liability or expense resulting from claims, losses, damages, lawsuits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorney fees).
We may modify these Terms or any additional terms applicable to a specific Service (e.g., modifications to reflect changes in law or Service updates). You should review these Terms regularly. We will post a notice of any revisions to these Terms on this webpage. In addition, we will also announce notices of revised additional terms within the relevant Service.
Changes shall not have retrospective effect and shall take effect no earlier than 14 days after the notice of revision is posted. However, changes made to new features of a specific Service or changes made for legal reasons shall take effect immediately.

If a specific provision is deemed unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain unaffected.

These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong with respect to any claims or matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service.
We continuously update the Services we provide, including adding or removing features or functionalities, and suspending or discontinuing a specific Service entirely.
You may stop using the Services at any time. GCSS may also stop providing Services to you or impose new restrictions on the Services at any time.
We believe that your data belongs to you, so it is necessary to maintain your access to such data. When we discontinue a specific Service, we will, where reasonably practicable, provide you with reasonable prior notice to allow you the opportunity to export your data from the relevant Service.
We provide the Services with a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, and we hope you enjoy using them. However, we make no warranties with respect to certain aspects of our Services.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms or additional terms, GCSS makes no specific warranties regarding the Services. For example, we do not make any commitments regarding the content in the Services, the specific functionalities of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services "as is".
Certain jurisdictions require specific warranties, such as implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all such warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, GCSS shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, or data, or for indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, GCSS's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms (including liability for any implied warranties) shall not exceed the amount you paid to GCSS for the use of the Services (or, alternatively, GCSS may choose to provide the relevant Services to you again).
Under no circumstances shall GCSS be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
"GCSS" is provided by GCSS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED to parties who have obtained a valid license issued by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) or its authorized departments.
When using the electric vehicle (EV) charging system, the user undertakes to use it in accordance with the instructions set out in the EV charging system user manual.
The user of the charging system must ensure that their EV is in good working condition and safe when using the charging system.
If personal injury, death, or damage to or destruction of any property is caused by the user's improper use or unreasonable use of the charging system, our company shall not be liable for any claims, demands, lawsuits, other legal proceedings, or liabilities arising therefrom, and the relevant person shall compensate the owner of the charging device.
The charging device shall only be used for electric vehicles.
